Yiayiá’s Kitchen is an exploration of Greek culture, connecting with people and food, and a record of the unwritten recipes of Greek food from my childhood.

The world of on demand printing is expensive, and the list prices of the book reflect the quality of printing you will receive. I promise it's not an absurd markup. But in an effort to make Yiayiá's Kitchen more accessible I am providing two printers to choose from:
1. My approved printer of choice.
This is the highest quality book printer I've found and is worth the money.
2. More economical printer.
Lower quality than my approved printer but still beautiful.
Please note, I will not be able to review your printed book before it arrives to your door. It will come directly from the printer. Any issues with shipping, delays, damage etc are beyond my control. You will need to contact the printer directly to resolve any issues.
